Video: The connection between sleep and health

In the 18th century Benjamin Franklin wrote: “Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.”

We don’t know about the wealth and wisdom part of that saying from Poor Richard’s Almanac, but Ben might have been onto something with the health part of it. Researchers continue to find that getting enough shut-eye on a consistent basis can help people stay healthy. Phillip Conners has the latest in this video report.
